Depends on what you like. I like the 80's so I listen to www.1069thepoint.com. They play a lot of great songs from the late 70's to the early 90's.

www.alternative80s.com (self-explanatory)
www.sanctuaryradio.org (like alt. 80's.com but heavier and more techno)

Also try: www.musicovery.com it's not a radio per se but it is an interesting music site.
