Well no one said you couldn't make friends, you're just not allowed to chat with them. In here anyway. I see you got one offer for e-mailing, why not try that and see where it goes from there. That person might be able to direct you to some very friendly chat sites.

This is not a chat room...Yahoo says we cannot chat here....that is for IM users. You want to talk w/ someone go to your IM's.....You can be REPORTED for chatting. Well, I'm done chatting with you so good luck and behave on here...lol

im not for sure but you can always get them to chat with you at yahoo.messenger that tell them when you will be there and then you both can im one another
