Your marriage is invalid. If he dies tomorrow and he were rich, you would not get a dime, everything goes to the first legitimate wife. Walk away, learn your lesson. Don't be stupid and stay and think that you will be his only love.

Well I don't think that you are married. He may have to face some charges. But I don't think there is anything that you can do but walk away unless you want to give him time to get it right and divorce his present wife but the thing is how many time have he got married and not legally divorce.

The marriage is real but illegal; you have grounds to get an annulment. You have to go to a judge and prove that your husband was already legally married (NOT common law) before marrying you, but once that's done getting the annulment is a slam-dunk.

It may depend on state laws but as far as I know... unless you are Mormon(again depends on laws)... you can only be legally married to ONE person... you would have to wait until the divorce is finalized to be legally married..but it sounds like you don't want to be with him so maybe this is a blessing in disguise!

You are not legally married to him. However, I would seek the advice of an attorney just to make sure that you can walk away.

Your marriage is not valid if he was already married to someone else at the time.
I suggest you walk away from that relationship, and find someone who is really available.

If he's legally married to someone else and turned around and married you. The marriage is null and void.

You need to check with a local attorney. If he was already married, then your marriage is not valid. HOWEVER, you *might* actually have to get it annulled. If that’s the case, you need to request that he be responsible for paying for that.
Again, talk to a local attorney.

Talk to an attorney. It is probably not legal, but you will have to prove he was married at the time.
