Use USB or Bluetooth.. Whatever you have... But If you are asking for a way to transfer files via internet You can't do it for free.

depending on your phone type there is software you hook up to your phone to your pc, but since you said free, do you have text messaging on your phone you may be able to send through a sms message or even an option on your phone that says send to online album.

download a free program called "BitPim". you need bluetooth on both your phone and computer.

if you have verizon, you can send it to pix place. (view the pic and under options, choose send to "pix place" or "to pix place" or something like that...
