No I dont think it has changed at all. It means you are sexually attracted to both sexes. has not changed at all and it still and will always mean the same.

unless its only a curiousity then no there is no way to change it. Although if you are bi sexual and find yourself in a committed relationship with someone then who cares anyway because you are in a monogamous relationship.
