Try Bleach for Colors. Bleach is the only product that really kills mold and mildew. I think that Clorox makes one. You can blot it on the spots or pour it on. Make sure that you follow the fabric instructions on the tag.

Bleach is the way to go, but if you can't use bleach, try peroxide right out of the bottle. Test a spot before doing the whole job.
