Finding a job in psychology?

Question

I have recently become interested in being an Intake Officer at a juvenile delinquent center once i graduate from college. Can anyone give me helpful info, or is anyone in this field or know someone who is? Thanks!!

Don't know anything about the job but I've spoken with a professional who has a PhD in psychology and she told me that having only a bachelor's degree in psychology will get you nowhere. You would have to have a Master's to be able to do anything dealing with psychology.
