Can anyone tell me the amount or percentage of Sodium chloride (NaCl) in animal cells, particularly human cells?

Actually, 0.9% or 140 mEq/liter is the extracellular concentration of sodium chloride. Intracellular sodium concentrations are much less. about 12-20 mmoles/liter or about 0.1%.

0.9% and you know, you should be aware of the sodium chloride coming out from your body...you know, your tears taste salty because you have NaCl in your body
