It depends what colour the skinny jeans are, however both colours should look great with black, grey, of dark navy. Are the tops the same style? maybe that could be the deciding factor, long fitting tops i think go best with skinny jeans, and if your slim enough to look good in skinny jeans a long fitted top will def accentuate your great figure!
Blue is v in this season (tho i think more of a royal blue) so maybe the turquoise would be cool,but you can tend to wear just about any colours that suit you at any time of the year no matter wht is in or out colour wise, no colour ever really goes out unlike styles.....

either one will look adorable. just think about the color contrast with the skinny. if its a super dark skinny... then wear the turquoise one. if it's a super light skinny wear the marron one. anything thats not too extreme.... wear which ever you feel like wearing at that time

Layer the tops, wear either the maroon over the turquoise or the over way around, pull the underneath top a little more over the top layered top, to give the effect of layering.

turquoise, beats maroon everytime.
unless its an evening event in which case, although turkquoise is more flattering on everyone, maroon is way classier. go with maroon.
But either which type of event you go to, follow through the style in your hair, theres nothing worse than someone in a to die for out fit with dogs dinner hair!

wear the maroon, the "skinnies" will make your legs look like giant sausages so the maroon will kinda complete the "processed meat" look it sounds like you're going for.

Couple of questions first: What color is your hair/skin tone? What color are the skinnies? What style are the tops? What accessories are you considering? After all that I would say turquoise. It is a beautiful color that is generally complimentary on all skin tones and hair colors.

it depends what color they are. if they're a dark wash go with the turquoise. if they're a lighter denim, wear the maroon. i think that would look so cool. hope this helped! ♥
