Maybe rub some nice smelling body lotion and top it with perfume that should do the trick. But firstly you should investigate why is it smelly. There might be some infection that needs to be looked at by your doctor. Anyway I hope that helps for you. :)

How about soap? Aside from that, a mixture of half vinegar and water applied to it at bedtime might kill any fungus, provided you remember to shower in the morning.
