It depends on what kind of job you want. The big money is in Asia right now, if you are into the corporate scene Japanese is the ticket. While they speak English too, they are very flattered by your attempts and you will do well knowing some.

If you are looking to be a bank teller, whatever language your local illegals speak is what you need.

German is the language of business.

However, Chinese is the predominant language of the world, and therefore I would reccomend this.

Japanese is another viable option.

I suggest Japanese and Spanish, maybe French.
