Teachers salaries in WI are determined by their districts, not the state. Larger Metro areas such as Milwaukee and Madison normally pay more than smaller communities where the cost of living is less and the taxes are lower. Teachers salaries are normally public knowledge, they are based on time and education, inquire at the school board.

I don't know in Wisconsin, but in New York, the schools are very good and cover all the education and the security
