Our skin contains more melanin, and we can absorb more UV rays than white people, on the other hand, who will get skin cancer under those conditions. They thrive better in colder temperatures because their blood vasoconstricts and aren't exposed to as much sunlight as Black people--that explains the pale, pasty skin pigmentation.

That is evidence that they were meant to live in different places. The dark skin and the ability to sweat heavily are well suited to the tropics and deserts. Lighter skin is needed in cooler and darker regions in order for the body to get more vitamin D.

Groups of people who have lived nearer the equator for many generations tend to have darker skin and other adaptations to heat and sun (longer/thinner limbs, darker eyes and hair, more sweat glands, less fat, etc.).
Groups of people who have lived farther from the equator for many generations tend to have lighter skin and other adaptations to cold and less sun (shorter/thicker limbs, lighter eyes and hair, fewer sweat glands, more fat, etc.).
It's easier for those adapted to heat to handle the cold than vice versa because you can always put more clothes on but you can only take so many clothes off.

sorry, but I dont think either of those statements is neccesarily true. Survival in extreme conditions, has more to do with will, and common sence, than ethnic qualities. A person who wills themselves to survive, has a good chance, no matter what their skin color is.
