Why 10? and why men? There was one who was found in the Alps. I think the scientist named him Otli. He's about five thousand years old. There was an Austrailopithiscene skeleton (I'm not sure about the spelling) that Richard Leaky found. He named her Lucy. She's about 3.5 million years There have been lots of skeletons of various species of genus homo that have been found spanning the ages between the two.
