We ejaculate the same weather by hand or by sex. No its not a one shot deal, there is still semen in your body after an ejaculation.

It might depend on how much "build up" time you have in ejaculating in each case.
If you spend more time building up sperm before ejaculating in intercourse, then yes it would be more than just a quick jack off session by yourself.

well honestly it depends it don't matter hand or vagina, the real determining factor is length of arousal, how long ago your last ejaculation was ect.
