It is just not right. Because talented singers like Chris Sligh and Stephanie Edwards get voted off when Sanjaya should have been sent packing a long time ago. Someone should start a vote for the best website. If I knew how to do it I would in a heart beat.

I think people are voting for him to make a mockery of the show!
Sanjaya Malakar, 17, is from Federal Way, WA. He auditioned in Seattle with his sister, who was eliminated at the Hollywood stage of the competition. Sanjaya says he started singing as a little boy and had formal singing training.
Sanjaya, who spent four years performing with the Hawaii Children Theater, claims he is a shy person and says "I'm scared that I'll never be able to walk into a supermarket without someone recognizing me." His music idol is Stevie Wonder.

It's very unfair. It ruins it for the other contestants and the viewers and I'm sure after this the voting will be changed for the next one. Better change things for the other shows or they'll be doing this to them too. Like America's Got Talent. etc.

I think its totally unfair. and its not fair for someone who does really deserve it. I believe he needs to go! next year there gonna have to do something else about there voting or its only gonna get worst!

It is very unfair to the ones with talent. It is also unfair to the untalented ones-because they are basically being made fools of!

Completely. If Sanjaya wins then the ones who really deserve it will lose out. I hope he gets voted off next week.

i think its an abuse of the system and it is unfair to the regular viewing and voting public.

I think it is crap! Alot of good singers were passed off.. I think this is the worst season so far.. but i love phil, blake and gina!
