You can eat whenever you want to eat. You should urinate before and after.

Doesn't really matter when you eat unless you are prone to cramps, motion sickness or unless you really stuff yourself.
Emptying your bladder before sex is probably better, especially if you are female.
And emptying it after is always a very good idea for females.. It will help prevent urinary tract and bladder infections by flushing out the bacteria that gets shoved up the urethra during sex. Otherwise, when ever the mood and opportunity strikes would be a good time.

The sequence of events doesn't matter much.
Currently guidelines are that a person waits 1-1.5 hrs. after eating before engaging in stenuous physical exercise.
It definately is encouragable and good practice to urinate after having sexual intercourse both male and female participants.
Urinating helps flush the urinary tract and cleanse it. This simple step can help prevent Urinary Tract Infections. (uti's)

Unless you're going at it for hours at a time, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I will tell you this...there are very few things as un-sexy as hearing your partner taking a huge piss while you're waiting to get it on in the bedroom.

i think its good to go to the bathroom before and after sex just to keep from infection and irritation.

It is really up to you.
Whatever you feel comfortable with that's what you should do.
Some people prefer going before for various different reasons.
Some find it help them. while others find it makes it harder.

pee first you wouldn't want to have pain or an accident, eat after for 1 your more hungry plus you wouldn't want to be bloated and end up farting during....
