If it comes and goes it is probably herpes. You need to go to the doctor and be put on Valtrex. Do not have sex with anyone- it is contagious, even when you dont see it!

If it is in exactly the same place and does not go away, it is either a pimple or an infected or ingrown hair. Pop it, then clean it with soap and water, then put a dab of antibiotic ointment on it.
If it is, it will be a hard bump. It can get bigger or smaller but never quite go away.
Just use a mirror to see it, if it looks white when you press around it, it is probably a pimple.
Yes, you can get pimples anywhere there are pores.
If it is raw, like a blister, have it checked by a doctor.

Sounds like a virus maybe herpes. It could be nothing, could be mush worse. But I don't want to give you the bad news of what else it could be. I'm sure someone else will. It is also a sign of HIV but thats not the worst answer. But you really need to see a doctor. This is the wrong place to find out for sure.

If it's one bump, it may be syphilis! You need to get anti-biotic treatment for several months is this is the case! Herpes will often come with a bunch of red spots in the pubic area and white puss sores on your lips if it's on your mouth area.
