That's kinda hard I really like Sasuke but then again Naruto sometimes does seem cooler then Sasuke and Sometimes Sasuke cooler then Naruto there both cool in there own way

The show is about naruto but Sasuke is cooler because he keeps his cool, he knows how to fight unlike Naruto who mainly use projectiles and clones, the way he talks is the coolest, he sports black instead of an orange jump suit, and he doesn't say a stupid catch phrase like
Believe it,
Naruto is just lame,
any and every character on the show is cooler than he is, including Rock Lee and Hinata

I prefer Sasuke over Naruto...
Naruto is courageous & his determination is aspiring, but he starts off already incredibly strong. Which is somewhat boring rather than a character who is weak then grows to become stronger. Also that his quite anoying English voice actor with the shrilly voice & that "Belive it!" is tiresome.
Sasuke isn't perfect, but at least he is more calm & collected. He's arogant, but he seems more interesting...
Who know's, maybe my preferance may change as I watch/read more of the series. Actually at the moment my favourite characters are: Kakkashi-sensei, Gaara & Orochimaru. They have the most interesting personalities, non-generic types (like squad7) & will likly have an important role later in the story.

Naruto is 'cool' in the sense that even though he knows that he isn't strong, he will never give up his dreams. He will follow his own code of ethics no matter what. He will persevere,
Sasuke, however, will make sure that he attains what he wishes for by any means possible. He has his own code of conduct, which differs from Naruto's. He, also, will persevere.
That's why I think both of them are 'cool', in their own way.
PS: How do you define 'cool', anyway? Personal preference, or detached observation?

Sasuke is definitely cooler.He isn't as hyper active as Naruto.

naruto is more powerful and energetic but sasuke is EMO now and now a bit weaker than naruto.

sasuke is a cool character but he's my least favorite. i can't stand that self-conceded guy. i like naruto because he can summon Gamabunta and he can use techniques like Rasengan and then Great Ball Rasengan and then Rasengan Shuriken and Wind Style Rasengan. he's pretty cool after the timeskip. i like him and i prefer naruto over sasuke anyday
