Not much have been said about the living condition of the majority of the Iraqis now that Saddam has been executed, are they better off now than they were before under the rule of Saddam.

Well, lets see, now they have to worry about being killed by insurgents going to the market place, school, work, and to worship.Their city's are in shambles, there is an occupying foreign army in their streets, water and electricity are not accessible to some, and their way of life is ripped apart. No, I don't think they are better off.

Not all area's are bad like Baghdad, the majority of the country is rebuilt better than when Sadam was in power.

And besides, now they have hope, and how can your put an amount on that?

Freedom is not free. Ask a Kurd if they would be comfortable living under Saddam.
