I'm inclined to say no. However, it's not a clear no. I love that GPA. It's just that SAT is so bad (for UCLA). I hope you make it, but I just dont think it's enough. Nothing other than a great GPA to make up for that SAT score. Sorry.

I think you've got a decent shot of getting in but it all boils down to your school and the state you live in. I am in the exact same situation just waiting...sooo frustrating. Well here is how I figure it: Frankly your SAT score will hurt you but the rest looks good. You have a strong GPA and your leadership will help. As for the school aspect of it, depending on its ranking your GPA will look great or it will look average. In my case I have a 4.08 which is somewhere around average but then when my school factors into it I'd say it is much higher. I know this because about 50 kids from my school get into UCLA and Cal each year and about 15 to Stanford, mind you this is a graduating class of 400. The admission rates are so high because of its ranking. Sports aren't that much of an issue so I would say you have a good chance of getting in if your school is ranked high enough. Finally if you live out of state that hurts your chances a little but not so much that you should worry about it.

Your SAT/ACT score really lowers your chances of getting in.

The average SAT score of UCLA is around 1950ish.
The average ACT score is 26.

Everything else looks really good, but your standardized testing really hurts your chances.

Go to collegeconfidential.com and go to the College Discussion tab on the side. It's a student forum and people there can tell you your chances of getting in. I use it all the time.

I have no idea if you would be accepted, but here's a tip. If you don't get there in your freshman year, and it's your preferred college, transfer in during your sophomore year. You need to keep your first year grades high. This was the advice my boss (a professor) gave two other students trying to get into Harvard and it worked for both of them.

Only passing 3 exams and having such a low SAT makes me think you won't. and 12 Bs works out to be about 4 per year, which means you are a half A and half B student. :-/ Good luck buddy.

It certainly seems that you should. However, many people apply to UCLA, so if you are not admitted, it's not that you weren't qualified. Tomorrow's the big day, I wish you luck!
