Im 3rd cousins with Frank, and my boyfriend is also 3rd cousins with frank.....Does that make us 3rd cousins or 4th or cousins at all? I mean if weare then i would still love him, and It would be very intersting to know. Any one who can help answer my wondering minded questions please feel free to. And thank you very much.

Depends. Third cousins means that you and Frank have a common great-great-grandparent (and that Frank and your boyfriend have a common great-great-grandparent). If those two ancestors are the same person, then you and your boyfriend are third cousins. Otherwise, you're no more related than any two people are.
(That is to say, you're probably about tenth cousins or something. Most people in the US are related about that distantly to any other given person in the country.)
