To enlist in the Air Force, you must have a High School Diploma, or a G.E.D. with atleast 15 hours of college credits.

The quickest way to gain college credits would be to take several CLEP examinations. It costs about $60/test put it's worth it if you're really good in a subject. They also have study guides which you can purchase for about $10 each. I suggest buying study guides in areas you feel you have a chance in actually passing the tests, study them for about a month or two and then take the test. You can easily get up to 15 credits this way. Of course, you can always go the traditional route and just enroll in college for 1 semester and take 5 classes (15 hours).

I would take the clep test in your strongest subjects. You get 3 hours per class: 4 for a life science, and sometimes you can clep two classes at once like comp 1 and 2 or spanish 1 and 2.

Also, your local college often offers intersession classes that only last one week. Usuially it's the week after finals. Then there are your regular classroom cources. Go to your local college or university and pick up a schedule and see what they have. Good luck!

try going to college...and a GED is for high school, not college.
