Yes! I've done it, twice!

I have all the radio station's phone numbers programmed into my phone, definitely do this.
When they ask the question or give you the cue, call them AS FAST AS YOU CAN. You may think that you'll call too fast, and get caller 6 instead of caller 7, but you won't. other people are always faster than you.
Keep it up, a good deal of it is luck, but if you do it enough, you'll eventually get something.
