Why are you comparing these two? Tupac is the best rapper ever John Cena it's a joke compared to Tupac. John cena can't rap his songs suck.

Tupac is one of the best rappers there has ever been. John cena is a wrestler there for should not be in this question WHO IS A BETTER RAPPER ? That's like saying WHO'S A BETTER ACTOR T.I. or Jim Carrey? I think instead of Tupac or John Cena it should be Tupac or Biggie Smalls? I still say (2 PAC)
