The Talmud and Zohar are sacred Jewish texts. The Kabbalah isn't really a text per se, but usually is a collection of Zoharic studies.

Kabbalah is a form of Jewish mysticism, and it's text is the Zohar. There is only one good translation of the Zohar, and it is still being made. There is also a huge interest in the Kabbalah in the US, particularly among celebrities, but it is really a perversion of the original, a popularised bunch of BS.

I don't know how much detail you want on it, but you could not possibly address all of its facets in a paragraph on here. Some key points are:

God has many manifestations; the God we perceive could be thought of as only the very tip of a pin, because it is all we perceive.

Man, prior to original sin, was almost godlike and had the ability to see from one end of the universe to the other. We were essentially trapped behind our perceptions as our punishment.

Their is a female manifestation called Shekhinah of God. The story of salvation could almost be described as the story of reconciliation between God and Shekhinah. Shekhinah at times seems to be a goddess, a part of God, an equal part of what God is a part of, and a manifestation of life.

The Talmud is a collection of thoughts by Jewish holy men that argues, strengthens and explains parts of Rabbinic thought.

Have you tried a website called Wikipedia? That's a great place to start.
