I'd lean to say the following links are by size the largest.

New age interactive arcade:

Dinner, lounge, and arcade:

Games, bar, dinner:

And in LasVegas many Hotels have large arcades in them:

Funspot in Weir's Beach, New Hampshire, is supposed to have somewhere around 500 games spread out over three floors, with newer stuff on the first floor and the top floor being pure 80's (no games newer than 1987, all 80's-styled decorations and music). And everything works, too - if a game breaks they either fix it on the spot or haul it off and bring out a replacement.

Funny thing is they bill themselves as "the largest arcade in the world" but on their games page they say they're the "second largest arcade in the country, with the largest collection of classic games." I guess the full truth doesn't make a good tagline, though. Anyway, they say there's a larger one somewhere in the US, but I don't know where. They're definitely the largest one that I know of.
