Why are the rich countries controlled by white people?

With a high school dropout rate of %70 for blacks and %60 for Latinos....there is part of your answer. China is rapidly becoming a world power, as are both India and Japan. It isn't the skin color, it is the cultural attitude towards books and learning. In societies where histories are verbalized there is learning, but not in the same way. When women can survive by producing children and being paid for it, why bother going to school?? Best wishes

You forgot about Japan. One of the most Technologically advanced places in the world.

This has not always been so, for a long time the east and middle east had all the power. Why? Because of open commerce. The silk road! Once China closed itself off, the road, which brought with it trade, merchantilism, and a flow of ideas, so did it's innfluence on global matters, as well as money. The west (where white people were) was very backward during this time( as compared to specifically China). It was not until the recently that the west had such power Global expansion has greatly influenced this (roles were switched and Europe became a known for its inovations and technology, while China stopped progressing, effecteing the other aeas in the east as well. Why people think the West has always been in power? I don't know. It has nothing to do with race. Power and money shift.

Those with high priorities on responsibility seek to gain responsibility in areas that provide better living conditions for themselves, their families, and their communities.

Whites are war mongering people. You could study ancient european history, even asian, american and african history - whites have always waged war on other races. And whites are so good at waging wars, even until today.

Why are white countries comparatively richer? What happens to the economies of other races that have been colonized by the whites? You could study the history of the south east asian theater, central and south american nations, african - these were colonized by white conquistadors. You'd learn that the economies of these nations were plundered, the people were abused. Imagine a colonized nation being plundered for centuries, its people being constantly abused, generation after generation - what kind of country would evolve from it?
