anytime after 5:30 pm when the sun is setting. I live on the water and you could SWEAR you hear the sun sizzling as it goes down. So Peaceful!!

Probably the evening,when i am not at school,outside in the sun.But when i do have responsibility of life on my hands i prefer the to chill on the full moon.
