ER!!! Instructions from the nucleus are first sent to the Endoplasmic Reticulum. The Rough ER uses ribosomes to assemble proteins. The Smooth ER assembles lipids, but doesn't have ribosomes. From there, it's sent to the Golgi Apparatus, where the proteins and lipids are packed and put together. Then from there it goes to Vesicles, which are floating freely around the cytoplasm. Microtubles are used for psuedopods and amoebas for movement and intake. Microtubles move along a protein chain-think of it like a train running on tracks.
