Can I retrieve the e-mail in Yahoo trash box?

I deleted the e-mail from Yahoo inbox sometimes last week. It's usually stored in trash box but it emptied itself up automaticly and now I need to get the one e-mail back. Does anybody know how to get it back? or it's just hopeless.

Hopeless.. but i wouldnt give up. I would try to contact yahoo... try to email someone at yahoo.... search for some contact if you can find......
