Should the control of DNA database be a matter of law, or should it be a matter to be negotiated between poeple, their employers, and insurance companies?

As much as I hate government regulation, I'm afraid in this case we are going to need some. If left unregulated, employers and insurance companies could require DNA samples and then base hiring decisions, coverage, the amounts of deductible payments, even what jobs you are suited for, based on their interpretation of your DNA. Unfortunately it doesn't stop there, your proposal for marriage could be accepted or rejected based on your DNA. It is a strange world we live in.

I think it should be a matter of law.I wouldn't want my DNA going around like that.
