I am thinking about going on a strict Indian curry and rice diet.

I love the taste of it, and I hear it is very healthy.

Chinese, Indian, Japanese, European or fusion cuisine- it does not matter as long as it has healthy ingredients, not too much fat and low in salt, and obviously less than about 2400Kcal/day. The best way is to make your own- don't trust takeaways! Anyway it's much more fun and cheaper too!
All you need is a fry-pan or wok, possibly a steamer and ingredients like garlic, ginger, chilli peppers, coriander etc. Using a small amount of chicken, prawn, pork or beef and cabbage, carrot, spring onion, mushroom and baby sweetcorn and whole rice you can have delicious meals which will also help you lose weight! Go easy on the soy sauce though!

I think it's gotta be a pretty healthy diet. and ya it is so tasty. Like, it's rice w/ every meal mostly, which is good for you. And lots of vegetables and pastes made of chickpeas and stuff. Yup of course not good for you if you can't handle spices, but other than that i'd sau its awesome...tho i couldnt afford to eat out every night and i sure as heck cant make indian food he he

Love it, hotter the better, King Prawn Vindaloo, Pilao Rice, Tarka Dhal, Aloo Ghobi, few pints of guiness! Shame about having to cut out the oral love later on though!!!!

Well spice food speeds up your metabolism so you may loose a bit of weight if you cut out the naan bread and pittas, things like pakhoras are far too greasy and will give you a really bad complexion. Hmm my mouth's watering. Bon Appetite!

I'd live on curry - and almost do (5-6 times a week). If knock your own together they are much better and healthier.

I love phal and vindaloo - or chilli garlic lamb massala

I loathe Indian food......Purely because they put so much Coriander in everything and that my friend is the food of Satan himself.......Red Wine however , I love.....which is why I'm nursing a sore head today....Lol

Love it. Cleans the system out well. Except when it's a bit too spicy - my nose runs and my eyes well up.
