I'm 21 years old and married and my husband racked up alot of credit card debt before I married him and can only make minimum payments without me.....I cannot seem to get hired at a full time job that has regular hours so I can go to a few classes in the evenings or something...how can I go back to school and still pay his bills off??? Any ideas?

First off, why should you have to pay off his debt that he created? Common now. And second, you can get all kinds of financial assistance for going to school such as government loans, private loans, schlorships, grants, etc. I'm 27 and I just went back to school purely on loans and I'm broke most of the time.

You should apply for a federal grant to help pay for school. Depending on your total household income, it's possible you could get enough in a grant to pay for school expenses - classes and books. www.fafsa.ed.gov

You should also contact the admissions office and the financial aid office at the college you want to attend. They may know of scholarships or other financial aid that could help you.

Have him get a job! Cut up those cards too. Bad credit will also effect your ability to get a job.
