Lesbians are actually exempt from this law. The law states, "age 12 is the age of consent for lesbians Ch.3. Sec. 30 USCS".

Have fun!!!

It's possible. As it depends on each States law regarding age of adult. e.g. if one is 16 and the other 21, if X States age for adult is 16, there is no statutory rape, therefore does not apply. As both would be considered adults by X States law. Not every State has a law stipulating that everyone under 18 is not considered an adult under the law. Some States consider 16 year olds and 17 year olds adult too. Check with the State in which you live.

Too bad most of these people who have answered really didn't read your question. Meaning you were asking about consent between two and if 18 was the legal age of said consent. So you'd only have to worry about age of consent if your State - under their law - says that you or the other party has to be 18 to be considered an adult, and to have your consent mutually legal under the law..

Yes, and is some jurisdictions the age of consent can be different then for a man/woman. However generally speaking in the US most courts are holding that the standard must be the same and invalidating the different ages for same sex couples. However should the court refuse, it could take a federal appeal of the case to get the law overturned.

Yes! We do indeed. This is because the vast majority of statutes specifically define what is considered "sex", and it almost always includes: oral sex, anal sex, and penetration of ANY KIND (using any body part OR a "foreign object").

The only things that lesbians and gays do not have to worry about are pregnancy and child custody issues resulting from the sex acts.

Yes. Sexual activity is sexual activity, regardless of whether it's a girl and a boy, two girls, or two boys. It is illegal for a woman over the age of 18 to partake in sexual activity with a girl under 18.

Absolutely! An adult of ANY preference having sexual contact with a minor, is performing an illegal act.

Yes definitely. Child molestation knows no gender.

Yep, under 18 is statutory rape. Sexual orientation doesn't matter.

If you mean sexual assault yes.

Rape no...every rape law has in its definaition vaginal penetration...maybe if using a device but otherwise lesbians don't qualify.
