do you think the powerforward and center position is the most easiest position to make in the nba and to play in the nba, you dont need to like play basketball 8 hours a day like guards and small forwards do to make the nba, you just need to be athletic, strong, and can score

The easiest position to play??? You gotta be joking. Try have Shaq lean on you for 1 minute let alone 48 minutes. You need to run, bang, box, grab rebounds, hit jumpers, set picks, have an inside game, play hard interior defense, block every shot that comes your way, run hard for fast breaks, run hard for defense, knock people over on defense, etc, etc, etc.

There's no such thing as an easy position in the NBA or in any league of basketball. Oh, I forgot, there is, it's called bench warmer. Your only job there is to make sure the bench doesn't blow away when the breeze blows thru the gym.

no...of course it's not the "most easiest" position to make/play... it's just that the majority of players being drafted/singed nowadays are smaller and the organizations go for the up-tempo game... most teams dont look for the true big man anymore...
...big man do practice 8 hours a day...just like guards do...
...everyone conditions, weightlifts, shoots, practices their footwork...
...has intense excercises...have mediocre exercies....
...NBA teams also look for potential in a player...ex..Tyler Hansburough...i see him dominate in college..but not in the NBA...he doesn't have the same drive..and he wouldn't match up well against more intense competion...i see him as a pretty low draft pick...he is just not atheltic enough

..if anything... making an NBA team being a pf/c is more difficult... because they see what you can really bring...if you are a complete package or not...

..pretty much all guards can do the same thing...there is just so many of them it is hard to choose from

r u an idiot? big men need as much conditioning as guards an small forwards. i play center all the time in my leagues and it's not just strength. finesse and agility are necessary to play PF or C as well. u have got to be fcuking kidding me.

One just as hard as the other, and who ever said you have to be atleast 6'6 to be a pf, Barkley is 6'4 at the most 6'5 and dominated the game

Yes it is i have played both positions and PG is hell, you have to think about passing, timing, set up plays etc. Centers and PF rcieve the pass and finish the plays, alot easier if you ask me.

uhh and like 7 feet tall to play center...and atleast 6'6" to play power forward...and if you are that big then you wont be playing much of anything else.
