Bake a pie and go over and say "Hi Im your new neighbor,I just baked pie and I have noone to eat it with would you like to come over and eat it?"make sure to invite all of them so it wont be suspicious.Dress nice,not like little black dress and high heels but jeans and a nice shirt.Check if she has a diamond and just start talking to him.

3 couples have lived in the apartment next to me and none of them lasted longer than 6 months. they all split up. maybe that will happen with you neighbours. until then keep it a fantasy. make them fun. ;)
