100 Base-T = 100 megabits per second over copper cable.
100BASE-FX = 100 megabits per second over fiber optic cable.
1000 Base-T = 1000 megabits per second over copper cable.

That's correct. One point though (that the answerer actually got RIGHT!) Is that that is BITS/second...not BYTES per second...

T is twisted pair and base is baseband(non modulatated) if you were wondering that
