Can you help me with this movie title? I'm guessing it's from around 1990. More inside.?

A college guy and his girlfriend go to her home in Canada for Christmas (?). She has a couple of really pretty sisters. His girlfriend isn't sure if she wants them to stay together. Her sisters hit on him. Her grandma gets sick while they are at a cabin out of town. They have to rush her to the hospital.
