I know that if you're under 21 or even under 25 you can't actually rent the car. But if my parents rented the car would it be legal for me to drive it?

Some companies allow it and some don't. Your parents would need to call around and ask. A lot of times, only the person renting the car is allowed to drive it.

IF you are under their insurance, and the rental company dosn't specifie that your perent can be the only driver.

Don't say anything to the rental company
