He's probably just a late bloomer. My son was also very short until 10th grade. He's now over 6 feet so don't worry yet. Maybe he will stay a little short and thats o.k. too. He's certainly not done growing yet.

it really depends....most of the time specially boys if u didnt grow in middle school u will end growning up when u go to high school like around 10th grade dont worry about it he will get a growth spurm at ages 16-18.in rarelly occasions the kid doesnt grow.if your son doesnt grow by the time he turned 17 take him to the doctor quick.i hope it solved your problem...

there was someone that was 4 ft 8 all through high school. Nothing wrong with them either.
Encourage him to do sports, with a body like that he could be an awsome coxswain for crew, or a really good pole vaulter if he worked at it.

Yeah there is a way to figure out about how tall he will be, how tall is his father, how tall are the men on either side of the family? Somewhere in there is the height your son will be...it's called genetics. Didn't they teach this in YOUR highschool science classes?

Your height depends upon your parents.A friend of mine had this problem with her son.He developed later. These days girls are taller than boys.Take him to the doctors for a checkup.Ensure that he gets plenty of sleep because they say you grow overnight.
