Phlebotomists are not paid very well, Dental Assistants are paid a little better, but Medical Coding can be a more fruitful position, depending on the size of your city. Look here for more salary info that's based on median incomes of those jobs in your area.

Actually, Medical Decoding makes more money than either Dental Assisting or Phlebotomy. How about Medical Assistant or RN? You will make more than all three with only 2 years college.
I have a couple of friends that are RN's and they make between $35,000 $50,000 a year.

I don't know about the relative pay aspect but being a dental assistant is way less stressful ! No matter how good a phebotimist is they will cause pain and subderal hematomas fairly often.

Better depends on your interest. Would you enjoy cleaning teeth or sticking needles in people and taking someone's blood? As far as pay, they're probably about the same.
