contacts. . . how do u take them out??

wat is the easiest wat to get contacts out of ur eyes when u have no nails?????

You don't want to use your nails otherwise you could scratch your eye! The way I get my contacts out is to open my eye really wide so the edges of my lids are outside the rim of the contact lens. Then, I blink a couple of times and they pop out. When I first got contacts, I was told to practice this in a mirror because it would be easier that way, so get a hand mirror, lay it flat on a table, lean over it and practice.

You should be glad you don't have nails. You can scratch your eye with them if you're not careful. Use your left middle finger to pull your upper lid open and your right middle finger to pull on the lower lid. Not too hard just enough to open your eye more. Then use your right index and touch the outside of the contact. Enough to be touching it and hold it in place but don't poke your eye. Then quickly move your eye outward. (look away quickly) Then you can grab your contact without poking your eye. :)

Umm i dont have contacts but i know ppl that do and i have seen contacts taken out by pulling the side of your eye ( closest to your ears )

i dont have any nails (i bite my nails - really bad!) but just use the ends of your fingers...thats actually easier than using your nails anyways because when you use the ends of your fingers then you dont have the risk of tearing or ripping your contact on your nails..
