I'm working for a group of companies but i feel that the salary is kinda low for a person working for a bunch of companies, and i'm still on probation period(5months).. what should i do? should i start looking for another job? or should i wait til my probation period is over and see if they're going to increase my salary?

thanks!

waiting to see if people are going to give you a raise is a bad plan. i recommend getting another job with higher pay then explaining to your current employer that you are leaving for the higher wages. they will usually match or beat it if they want to keep you. if they don't then take the better job.
if this was the best job you could get before, why do you think you could get a better paying one now?

If you are dissatisfied with a job that is low paying, start searching for a better position. Send out resumes to as many companies as possible. But,do not quit your present job until you have a new and better job locked up. Good Luck!

Waiting for people to do something for you usually never pays off. If you feel you're worth more, than prove it by action...either by stepping up the plate at your current job, or moving on.

Wait. The longer you are there the more experience you have to move forward with.

Stick around for awhile. Sometimes you get points for persistence.
