Was it Sheila Crown who collected on a frog theme from 1979 and had a collection of more than 11,500 decorative frog collectables by 2005?

I didn't even know there was a world record.
Have you checked the Guinness Book website?
Or wikipedia.org.
I'd like to know the answer when you get it!
