Read the book "Eat Right 4 Your Type", which will improve your digestion. Also take Apple Pectin before every meal. It slows and improves digestion. You will find it in most vitamin stores. However you may need to have the bacteria level in your digestive system checked by a doctor. That alone can cause that type of problem.

Well first if you are in a crowd just let it out and then look around like you are looking for where the stench is coming from, If you are by yourself just let it out like in the bath room and then leave and shut the door behind you.

stop eating foods that cause you to have gas. And if you are going to let go of the stinky cheese then you need to just walk thru a crowd of people and "crop dust"
