If you really feel the previous attorney has acted wrongfully, you might need to contact a new one to review the case.

If she lied on legal documents it will fall back in her lawyer's hands since they can be held responsible for the advice they gave her and if she's been noted as being a manipulative person that can be upheld with character witnesses. If you can prove she was this way through the whole time she was married to your father they could use that against her. If you have relatives who know she's this way that can also be used as well. Everybody's story needs to be identical so that it sticks to the same side and not be all over the place.

Your goal is to convince the court that she was conning your father out of things and he can appeal what this woman gets meaning she could be the one losing this battle. Appealing will stop her from trying to further squeeze stuff out of him. Plus if they had no children she doesnt need spousal support.

What did she lie about? Unfortunately, domestic and family courts are run by feminist b*tches, and they encourage women to lie to get what they want. Unfortunately, the system is heavily stacked against men. My advice would be to get another lawyer, and talk to a men's rights advocate, like Glenn Sacks. Personally, I wouldn't rule out hiring the Mafia.

since there is already a divorce decree, you would have to challenge that. it is kind of late. you could try to claim that he had incompetent representation but that is hard to do.
the only thing you could do is try to get the decree overturned for some reason. imho
