like the music or the dance cuz the dancing is fun you get to be all hot and like a total slutttttttttt! hah sry jk but u do get to shake ur but a lot but the music I agree I dont like it either! OMG!!! =D

jazz, a very encompasing genre! you dont like jazz? jazz was the birth of modern american music, wich later led to that rap junk you may prefer to its ancestor. some people dont like jazz because they cannot comprehend the melodic ideas, and rythmic phrasing of the soloist or melody. some people do, and just dont like it. someone who posts a question like this is very likely to not posess the capacity to understand the complex and cerebral nature of this music. jazz is a celebration of the musician, of music and culture. jazz is a very broad statement. jazz is american made, recognized and played WORLD WIDE. look into it, find some jazz you like. you probably already listen to jazz and dont know it. educate yourself on this music and you'll find it to be an ocean of art and people with always something new to listen to learn about and feel. jazz is where its at.

I do, not to sound old or anything but its better then listening to someone scream into a mic or "rap" about girls in a not-so-nice way. It is very relaxing sometimes. If you can, try out a real jazz club say in NYC, or just listen to it live!
