what does cm have to look like if was successful at conceiving?

i was wondering if cm goes back to just being thin and moist if one conceives? what if one does not conceive.... what does it look like then?? thank you

CM doesn't change if you have conceived or not. After ovulation it mostly dries up whether you have conceived or not. It's not a sign to look at. I'm 6 weeks pregnant and just now it is sometimes sticky or creamy.
