In what techtonic environent would you expect to find a strike-slip fault, a normal fault, and a thrust fault?

I don't think tectonic environment is the word you are looking for. Most of these types of faults can occurred anywhere the rock is being put under stress. Strike slip happen when there is shear stress, Normal faults form were there is tension on the rocks, and thrust when there is compression.
